Robert Baving, a 44 year old suspected child sex offender wanted out of Dauphin County, wasreportedly identified and placed under arrest by US Marshals in Georgia.  Baving was chargedin March 2009 with several counts of indecent assault, aggravated indecent assault and corruptionof minors by the Millersburg Borough PD.  He was tracked to a home in the 900 block of SpartaWay in Sparta, Georgia, where he was arrested without incident.
