TEST DETECTS DATE-RAPE DRUG

A new kit called Drink Detective can tell women if their drink has been spiked.  The kit was launched yesterday by the British firm Bloomsbury Innovations and will soon hit the United States.  It tests for the three main drugs used by rapists - benzodiazepines, including Rohypnol; GHB and ketamine.  The kit costs $7.30 and can pick out the drugs, which are frequently colorless and odorless, in about 30 seconds.
