Barry Schenker, a 61 year old married, mullet-wearing music teacher from Franklin K. Lane High School fondly known as The Snake, stands accused of carrying on a three-year affair with a student beginning when she was 14.  The Department of education received a report that he had been sexually involved with the girl.  Schenker is known as The Snake because of his affinity for snakeskin clothes.  He has been reassigned to a regional office in Queens Plaza.
