TWO ARRESTED AS A RESULT OF WORLDWIDE PORN BUST

PFMLIT CHILD PORNOGRAPHY, General, INTERNET OFFENDER CASES, MASSACHUSETTS

Nicholas Oslander, 49, and Seth Kosofsky, 23, were arrested and appeared in federal court in connection with charges arising from an investigation of a worldwide child pornography trading ring.  They were charged in separate criminal complaints with possession of child

pornography.  If convicted, they both face maximum sentences of five years in prison, and fines of $250,000.  They also face the forfeiture of their computer systems, which were seized.
