TWO MEN CHARGED IN RAPE OF TWO GIRLS
Juan Castro, 21, of 31 Yates Street, West Babylon was arraigned yesterday on charges that he and another man, Oscar Hernandez, 23, of Central Islip, raped and sodomized two 12 year old girls at a Westbury motel April 24. Castro is charged with rape, sodomy, statutory sodomy, and two counts of statutory rape. He is being held in Nassau County jail in lieu of $200,000 cash or $100,000 bond bail. Hernandez is charged with statutory rape and attempted statutory rape.
