Bernard Cardinal Law had a lot to say yesterday about the growing financial threat the ever increasing number of priest sex abuse cases poses to the church.  But he left out the words I'm sorry to the 86 victims of one cleric who thought they had finally sealed a court settlement for their suffering only to have it pulled at the last minute.
