Case Details:
Sixteen year old female was walking along Lexington St. Suspect ran up from behind andgrabbed her breasts. He then released, and ran away. He was skipping and dancing as he ran away.Victim felt he is mentally unstable. He is described as about 5'8, 30-40's in age, round bulbouslooking nose, medium build, white, clean shaven, full head of brown/grayish hair, blue/grey collardshort sleeve polo style shirt, khaki shorts to the knee, dark sporty sunglasses, and no shoes orsocks.
