White male, approx. 55 yoa, light hair, grey or blonde, 6'01, good build, shorts andcollared shirt exposed self to child and fled the library. Believed to have left area in darksedan, like a Honda civic or accord. Anyone who has possible suspect information contact ConcordPolice Detectives, 978.318.3400.
