Clemente Alejandro Davila, a 27 year old man on the Texas ten most wanted sex offender listwas arrested in Houston.  He was wanted for failing to comply with sex offenderrequirements.  Davila was arrested by members of the US Marshals Service Gulf Coast ViolentOffenders Task Force.  In 2006, Davila was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a childfor an incident in Caldwell County involving a 12 year old girl.  He was sentenced to prisonand released in 2010, on ten years' probation.  So far in 2014, DPS and other agencies havearrested 11 Texas ten most wanted fugitives, including five sex offender and four gang members, and$34,500 in rewards has been paid for tips that resulted in arrests.  If you know thewhereabouts of any of the fugitives on the current Texas ten most wanted sex offender list, callDPS Crime Stoppers at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
