Rodney Stover, a homeless sex offender, has been arrested for raping a 23 year old womaninside a restroom stall at the Turnmill Bar on East 27th Street in Manhattan on Saturdaynight.  He was taken into custody on Wednesday and faces rape, predatory sexual assault,criminal sex act and assault charges.  Police say he was hiding in one of the stalls of thewomen's restroom when he allegedly grabbed the woman by the throat and raped her.  He waslater caught on a surveillance tape outside the bar.  Stover has spent about 20 years inprison for sex attacks.  It included a 1992 rape in Southampton.
