Wanted on Canada-wide warrant for sexual assault.

Charles Billone sexually assaulted his 9 year old stepdaughter for approximately 3 years,stopping only after his daughter spoke to police. He is also believed to have committedfurther sexual assaults against his step daughter's friend. Billone was arrested onthis matter but was released prior to attending court. Billone never returned toattend court and is currently wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant for Sexual Assault, SexualInterference and Fail to Attend Court.
