On October 18 1991, Abdi Aliow Elmi conned a 20 year old female into going to his apartmentwhere he brutally beat and sexually assaulted her. Elmi was arrested and released on a recognizancebefore the court. He breached his recognizance and a Canada-Wide Warrant has been issued for hisarrest.

Charles Peter Billone

Wanted on Canada-wide warrant for sexual assault.

Charles Billone sexually assaulted his 9 year old stepdaughter for approximately 3 years,stopping only after his daughter spoke to police. He is also believed to have committedfurther sexual assaults against his step daughter’s friend. Billone was arrested onthis matter but was released prior to attending court. Billone never returned toattend court and is currently wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant for Sexual Assault, SexualInterference and Fail to Attend Court.

Mohammad Sodagari

Mohammed Sodagari is wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant for two counts ofsexual assault against a 21 year old female.  

Sodagari was charged in this matter but failed to attend court. He waseducated as an engineer in Iran and was working in a factory while in Canada.
