A New York man has been charged following online conversations that he thought were with a young girl, but were in fact with law enforcement.
MOUNT HOLLY — A 42-year-old Staten Island man has been charged with attempting to arrange a sexual encounter with someone he met online and believed was a 14-year-old girl, according to the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office.

BARTLESVILLE, Oklahoma – A Bartlesville couple is in jail accused of child sex crimes involving an eight-year-old girl they know.
It’s a case full of allegations that Sgt. Jim Warring said are alarming and disturbing.
“Someone had gained information about these conversations and alerted us,” Warring said.

MADISON, Wis. — A western Wisconsin school superintendent accused of sex crimes was released from custody Monday under orders that he remain under house arrest.
Altoona Superintendent Dan Peggs, 32, is charged in federal court with sex trafficking and possession of child pornography. Authorities say he recruited a minor for sex acts in 2015 and created a child pornography video involving that minor.

A 48-year-old top aide to Miami’s mayor reportedly sent a picture of his penis to a minor in mid-January, according to an incident report released Wednesday.
