LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A 67-year-old Florence man was among 11 people arrested in a recent multi-agency online sting operation aimed at potential child sexual predators, authorities said.

Robert Mitchum Nichols was charged with criminal solicitation of a minor and second-degree attempted criminal sexual conduct with a minor, according to the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department, which conducted the investigation along with the Lexington Police Department, the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office and numerous other law-enforcement agencies from across the state.

HANAHAN, S.C. (WCBD) – Authorities in Hanahan arrested a man on multiple counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

The Hanahan Police Department worked with members from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and Homeland Security to execute a search warrant on a home along Chaucer Drive last week.

Police said the warrant was issued amid an ongoing investigation involving child pornography.

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WMBF) – A judge has sentenced a Myrtle Beach man to five years in prison in connection to a child sex abuse case.

Antwon McCoy, 25, pleaded guilty on Monday to three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and three counts of dissemination of obscene material to a person under the age of 18.

AYNOR, S.C. (WBTW) – An Aynor is facing 35 charges connected to the sexual exploitation of minors.
Daniel Bullins, 23, of Aynor, S.C., was arrested on Wednesday by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigators with the Horry County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators say Bullins produced and possessed files of child sexual abuse material. He is also charged with 10 counts of Voyeurism. Investigators received a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which led them to Bullins.
