Abclocal.go.com 2/21/14 Matthew Frazer, a 42 year old former school custodian with the Morongo Unified SchoolDistrict, was arrested for producing child pornography.  Frazer, a Yucca Valley resident, isaccused of repeatedly sexually abusing a child over a period of several years and sharingdepictions of the activity online.  He was indicted for production of child pornography. He is alleged to have knowingly enticed a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for thepurpose of producing pornography.  The FBI received a series of pornographic images of a 4 to6 year old female being abused

Shawn Mead, a 44 year old custodian at Lincoln Avenue Elementary School in Sayville, wasarrested early Tuesday and charged with possessing child pornography.  Mead, of Bailey Avenuein Patchogue, was arrested after an undercover investigation into individuals trading childpornography online.  He is charged with one count of possessing a sexual performance by achild.

John H. Daly, a 33 year old custodian at Long Beach High School, appeared in court yesterday after his arrest for spying on female students while they changed clothes in the girl’s locker room.  Daly, of 20 Curley Street, Long Beach, was arrested Saturday and charged with three misdemeanor counts of first degree endangering the welfare of a child.  He pleaded not guilty to the charges before posting a bail of $10,000 bond or $5,000 cash.  Several girls who were members of the swim team were changing into their street

Thomas J. Kowalczyk, a 24 year old elementary school custodian at Clear Stream Avenue School in Valley Stream, was arrested yesterday on charges that he tried to solicit sex from a 14 year old Suffolk County boy over the Internet.  He has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.  Anyone with information on the case can call 631-852-6000.

James Tobin, a 35 year old Valley Stream man who works as a Brooklyn school custodian, used a video camera on his office computer to send lewd images of himself to someone he thought was a 12 year old girl but was actually an investigator in the Passaic County, New Jersey, sheriff’s office.  Tobin was arrested yesterday at Public School 156 in Brownsville.  He was charged with disseminating indecent material and endangering the welfare of a child.

Roberto Ramos, a 25 year old custodian, is accused of raping a 13 year old schoolgirl in a Catholic Church closet.  He had a prior criminal record involving drugs and reckless behavior.  Ramos was working at Immaculate Conception Elementary School in Gramercy Park despite a history of convictions for attempted sale of heroin.  He was employed by a janitorial company hired by the Archdiocese of New York.  He was arrested March 18 and charged with second degree rape.
