Matthew Frazer, a 42 year old former school custodian with the Morongo Unified SchoolDistrict, was arrested for producing child pornography.  Frazer, a Yucca Valley resident, isaccused of repeatedly sexually abusing a child over a period of several years and sharingdepictions of the activity online.  He was indicted for production of child pornography. He is alleged to have knowingly enticed a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for thepurpose of producing pornography.  The FBI received a series of pornographic images of a 4 to6 year old female being abused by a man.  Frazer pleaded not guilty and if convicted he facesa mandatory-minimum sentence of 15 years and a statutory maximum sentence of 30 years in prison.
