TROY — A Miami County judge Tuesday sentenced a former Ohio High School Athletic Association official from Troy to five years in prison for having sexual contact with a teenage girl, saying Henry A. Lucas Jr. had a dark side not seen by many.

Lucas, 55, pleaded guilty Sept. 25 to felony gross imposition in a plea deal that included the charge amended from first degree rape and a recommended maximum sentence of five years.

Andrew S. Marks, a 44 year old Westbury man with previous arrests for inquiring about young girls’ feet, was arrested again yesterday for stalking a 17 year old girl and asking about her feet, shoes and socks.  Marks, of 338 Ivy Avenue, is to appear in court today on a charge of third degree stalking.  In a previous case in Suffolk County, Marks, a high school basketball referee, resigned from Section VIII, Nassau’s athletic association, after he was ejected from Cold Springs Harbor High School on December 8.  He resigned
