COL. PERV ABUSED ME, SON SAYS

Lt. Col. Douglas Winckelmann, who was busted in an Internet sex sting in February for sending obsecene pictures of himself to a detective he though was a teen boy, is accused by his adopted son that he was adopted for the sole purpose of sexually abusing him.  Rey Rodriguez says Winckelmann repeatedly molested him while he lived at a Long Island group home in the 1980s.  The abuse continued once Rodriguez left the facility.  He would occasionally stay with Winckelmann at his home in Selden, where the molestation became more serious, he claims.  Winckelmann's military career forced him to relocate to Fort Benning, Ga., in 1990.  The abuse continued on the base into Rodriguez's early teens.
