COPS: SEX OFFENDER ARRESTED AFTER FAILING TO REPORT CHANGE OF RESIDENCE

Robert Cesarski, a 43 year old convicted sex offender, was arrested early Wednesday inHolbrook after failing to report a change of residence, as required by state law.  Cesarski, aLevel 3 sex offender, was charged with an E felony, failure to report change of residence. Level 3 sex offenders are required by state law to report a change of address within 10 days. Detectives with the Suffolk police Special Victims Section initiated an investigation following atip received from Suffolk County Parents for Megan’s Law, police said.  Cesarski wassentenced to 6 years of probation after he was convicted of second-degree sexual abuse involving anunderage person.  Records who he was arrested in 2009 and that his primary residence was inSt. James.
