CYBERFIEND RAP

Shiv Nair, a 45 year old man from Manhattan, allegedly thought he had arranged a sex rendezvous with a 13 year old girl, was charged yesterday with attempting to disseminate indecent material to a minor.  The teen was really an undercover detective.
