IOWA: HOUSE TIGHTENS SEX ABUSE REGISTRY LISTINGS
According to the Associated Press, in a move that reverses a decision made by the Legislature last year, a conviction of kidnapping or falsely imprisoning a youngster would automatically qualify a felon for a listing on the state's sex abuse registry under legislation approved Monday by the House.
