BATAVIA, Ohio (WKRC) - A Milford man admitted Wednesday to using young children in sex acts, photographing them in various states of nudity and trading the photos online.
Joseph Suder, 36, pleaded guilty to a number of charges, including pandering obscenity involving a minor, gross sexual imposition and trafficking in persons. From June 2019 through August 2019, prosecutors said Suder used a child younger than 10 in a sex act and photographed the child and two others.
“You photographed a minor who was not your child or ward in a state of nudity,” said Judge Richard Ferenc as he read the charges during the hearing.
Suder admitted to each charge. Through the investigation of Suder, police in Hamilton County became aware of a friend of his, William Bustillos. Bustillos lived in Lockland. Court records from Hamilton County claim Bustillos engaged in sex acts with a 5-year-old boy in December 2018.
Bustillos remains in the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $3-million bond. He faces several charges including rape, gross sexual imposition, pandering sexually oriented matter and illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.
Suder will be sentenced March 27 in Clermont County. He faces the possibility of 84 years in prison.
