MAN SENTENCED TO 45 YEARS FOR CHILD PORN

Robert Wallace Hudson, 48, was sentenced to 45 years in prison on 328 charges of possession and distribution of child pornography.  Before being sentenced he told a judge he was caught up in something but has learned his lesson.   The Sheriff's Office calls this conviction Polk

County's biggest online child-porn case.  According to the Ledger, Assistant State Attorney Brad Copley told Circuit Judge Donald Jacobsen that Hudson deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison.  I had the experience of watching his jury's reaction when they saw the pictures and movies, Copley said.  It is hard to imagine pictures that portray 2, 3, 4, 5 year old children engaged in such acts.  Each time one of these pictures are sent out on the Internet and downloaded, that child is victimized again.  That is why he deserves a severe sentence.
