Eliseo MERCHANT-CRUZ was charged with Sexual Assault of a Minorin Berkeley County by the West Virginia State Police on an incident at occurred back in December2007. He uto live on Talisman Drive in Martinsburg, West Virginia, and still has family in thearea. MERCHANT-CRUZ did Masonry work for a living. MERCHANT-CRUZ may have fled West Virginia toavoid prosecution.
ALL Fugitives should be considered armed and dangerous. Do notattempt to apprehend them yourself, contact local law enforcement.
