PERV WINS FLORIDA LOTTERY
Edward Robert Cowal, a 47 year old sexual predator, has won $14 million in the Florida lottery. Cowal picked up a check for more than $7.8 million, taking a one-time lump sum before taxes. He was convicted on February 2, 1998, in Martin, Florida, for lewd and lascivious acts on a child younger than 16 years old, earning a 20-month prison sentence.
