PERV’S VIAGRA NIXED (Pataki orders ban)
State health officials moved yesterday to stop convicted rapists and other high-risk sex offenders from receiving erectile-dysfunction drugs at taxpayers' expense after getting a new directive from the federal government. Governor Pataki ordered a total ban on Viagra for all city and state sex offenders on parole, even if they pay for it themselves. He instructed the state Division of Parole to prohibit all convicted sexual offenders under their supervision from using these types of medications and urged local parole departments to do likewise.
