Jamie Greenberg, a 30 year old Seaford man, was arrested yesterday for passing himself off as a police officer to take advantage of an underage female. Greenberg, of 2569 South Seamans Neck Road, approached a parked car in which an unidentified young couple was kissing. He knocked on the window, identified himself as a police officer and threatened an arrest. After asking the male to step out of the car he told him to move away from the vehicle and made the female remove her pants to search her. He fled the scene after touching the victim sexually. He was identified by the victim in a photo lineup. He was arraigned on charges of criminal impersonation of a police officer, forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child and coercion. He was released on $2,000 bond and is to return to court on January 6.
