Joshua Lodge, an 18 year old teen guest at Harry Potter star Rupert Grint's 18th birthday party, has been arrested for raping a 13 year old girl who said she was attacked at the private-home bash earlier this month. Lodge has been charged with rape, he was freed and slated to appear in court early next year.
