Gary Council, a 22 year old Queens man, faces a prison term of 2 to 6 years following aguilty plea to sex trafficking, after he held captive a 15 year old Long Island runaway and forcedher to work as a prostitute. Council, of Ozone Park, pleaded guilty February 14 to sextrafficking.
