SENATOR’S AIDE CHARGED WITH DRIVE-BY FLASHING

Kevin Couch, 29, a staff member for US Senator Tim Hutchinson is facing felony charges for exposing himself while driving on a highway.  He was arrested Monday and charged with one count of public exposure.  According to witnesses, he pulled up in his Jeep next to their vehicle about 8:30 p.n. while traveling about 70 mph, exposed himself and fondled himself in full view of the occupants of the other car several times.  One occupant out of the four in the other car was an 8-year-old boy.  Couch was released on $2,000 bail pending a hearing March 28th and has been fired from his job following his arrest.
