STATEN ISLAND FIREMAN IN PERV BUST

Lt. Frank Leandro, a 34 year old Staten Island firefighter, who is also a former police officer, was arrested yesterday for exposing himself to two teens as they walked to school.  He was charged with public lewdness after twice driving his car past the 15 and 17 year old girls on Tuesday morning while exposing himself.  The girls gave police the license plate number from his minivan.
