TALLAHASSEE MAN ARRESTED ON CHILD PORNOGRAPHY CHARGES

PFMLIT CHILD PORNOGRAPHY, General, SEX OFFENDERS AND OTHERS WHO REOFFEND, SEX OFFENDERS WHO REOFFEND

Richard Gordon Fleischer, a 46 year old Tallahassee man, was arrested today on charges of possession of child pornography.  He was arrested at his home on Tami Trail in Tallahassee by members of the FDLE Computer Crime Center.  Fleischer, a convicted sexual offender in the State of Florida, was charged with 13 counts related to the possession of child pornography.  Along with his computer being seized, 13 pornographic images of child pornography were seized.  Additional charges are expected to be filed pending the findings of forensic analysis of his computer.
