Alex M. Kasper, 18, Manawa, is charged with six counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child.
He remains in custody on a $25,000 cash bond.
On Sept. 9, 2019, staff at the Neenah Child Advocacy Center interviewed an 8-year-old girl.
According to the criminal complaint, the girl accused Kasper of sexually assaulting her at her home in Waupaca when she was between the ages of 6 and 7.
She reportedly said Kasper threatened her if she told anyone what happened.
A 13-year-old girl reported that Kasper assaulted her when she was between the ages of 6 and 8 years old in Weyauwega.
A 14-year-old girl reported that Kasper assaulted her in Manawa when she was 9 years old in 2014.
Kasper was a teen at the time these incidents allegedly occurred.
Police reports from Todd County, Minnesota, indicate that when Kasper was 10 years old a 5-year-old boy accused him of sexual assault, the complaint says.
Kasper remains in custody on a $25,000 cash bond.
He faces up to 60 years in prison if convicted of sexual assault of a child
