TWO ARRESTED IN GANG SEX RITE

Kemore Chaney, 18, and Jayborn Jennings, 17, have been charged with forcing three 14 year old girls to have sex as part of the girls' initiation into the Crips street gang.  Chaney, of Hackensack, was arrested Monday and charged with aggravated sexual assault, possessing and creating child pornography, child endangerment and initiation into a criminal street gang.  He threatened the victims with violence if they did not comply and videotaped the sex acts.  Jennings was arrested yesterday at his home in Hackensack.  He participtaed in sex acts, as did four other males who have not yet been identified.  More arrests are expected.
