US MARSHALS ARREST YORK SEX OFFENDER IN CONNECTICUT

Horace Duncan, a 46 year old York man who failed to register as a sex offender, was arrestedby US Marshals in Connecticut. Duncan was convicted of aggravated indecent assault in2001. He hadn't registered since January of 2013. As a result of his conviction, Duncanis required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
