VINTON MAN FOUND GUILTY IN 1991 CHILD MOLESTATION CASE

Stanley Oliver, a Vinton man, pleaded no contest this morning to sexually molesting a childback in 1991. He will spend a year and a half in prison for the crime, will be on probationfor five years upon his release and will face an 18 and a half year prison sentence if he everreoffends. Another charge involving a separate alleged victim was dropped.
