A QUICK RESPONSE IN MEPHAM

Eduardo Alvarez, a 19 year old Mepham high school student, was arrested and charged with rapinga 16 year old fellow student during a party off campus at lunchtime. He is charged with thirddegree rape and is facing up to four years in jail for the assault. He is being held at NassauCounty jail in lieu of $80,000 bond or $40,000 cash bail.
