KIDNAP TRY RATTLES WHITE PLAINS
An attempted daylight abduction of a 10 year old girl who was jogging near her White Plains home Monday afternoon has rattled neighbors while investigators continue to hunt for the would be kidnapper's white van. The van pulled up alongside the girl and a Hispanic man called her, saying, Come on. The girl ran off and flagged down two Verizon workers for help while the van sped away.
