Galip Gulmez, an 87 year old Lloyd Harbor man, was arrested for public lewdness after hernattempted to lure children with candy.  He was sitting in his grey 2011 Subaru when he offeredrncandy to children and a woman who was with the children approached the car to intervene and noticedrnGulmez was not wearing pants and masturbating.  Gulmez, of 6 Horseshoe Path, Lloyd Harbor, wasrncharged with Public Lewdness and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. rn
