ARREST IN GIRL’S STALKING
According to Newsday, Brian Yass, 45, a Bay Shore stock broker and father of two, was arrested for allegedly stalking a 14 year old girl at her bus stop and home over the last two weeks. He pleaded not guilty at his arraignment and released on $1,500 bail. He is charged with third degree stalking and endangering the welfare of a child. Both charges are misdemeanors.
