VALPARAISO — A 20-year-old Valparaiso man faces a felony charge after admitting to having sex with a 15-year-old girl he met while they worked together at a downtown restaurant.

Actor Kevin Spacey has been granted bail after appearing in a British court to contest sexual offense charges involving three men. A Pennsylvania drag queen was charged with 25 counts of child pornography, according to a criminal docket issued Thursday.

Brice Patric Ryschon Williams was charged with 25 counts of child pornography and 18 counts of criminal use of a communications facility. The bail is set at $100,000 and Williams is unable to post bail, according to the docket.

A sex offender who attempted to commit lewd acts against a child he was babysitting in 2003 is now facing child pornography charges in the Las Vegas Valley.

William Spahr, 38, was arrested by Las Vegas police on June 17, then charged in Las Vegas Justice Court Tuesday with two counts of possession of visual pornography of a person under 16. LINCOLN, Neb. (WOWT) – An inmate at the Nebraska State Penitentiary died Saturday.

According to the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services, 91-year-old Clyde Hicks died Saturday while serving his sentence at the penitentiary.

A cause of death has not yet been determined. A grand jury will conduct an investigation.

An Alameda County man was sentenced to serve six years in state prison for the sexual assault of a woman in San Rafael in 2019.

Jesse John Rieder, 39, appeared in Marin County Superior Court on Thursday. Rieder was previously found guilty by a jury of forcible sexual penetration with a foreign object.

Judge Geoffrey Howard, who imposed the sentence, called Rieder “dangerous to society.”
