Fugitive California Woman Accused of Sex with Boy

(San Jose, California) A 33-year-old local woman, Luz Damarys Maisonet Diaz, is wanted by California authorities forallegedly luring a 14-year-old boy over the Internet for sex.

Diaz faces charges of unlawful sex with a minor and oral copulation.

In April 2007, Diaz was gaming online when she met a 14-year-old boy from the LosAngeles area. They made plans to meet the following weekend for a clandestine rendezvous.
