A Madisonville man is facing a laundry list of charges after police say he was exchanging nude pictures with a minor. Kentucky State Police arrested 41-year-old Ronald Rice on child sexual exploitation charges. He was arrested Thursday evening just after 6:30.  Police began an investigation into Rice when they discovered the suspect was communicating with a juvenile online.
