State police: Gymnastics coach took inappropriate pictures of students during practices, competitions

State police have arrested a gymnastics coach for allegedly taking inappropriate pictures of his students during practices and competitions.

According to authorities, Nicholas Adair, 24, of Lake Hiawatha, was arrested for allegedly manufacturing and possessing child sexual abuse material.

Authorities began investigating Adair back in January for possession of child sexual abuse material after receiving referrals from other law enforcement agencies. During the investigation, detectives discovered Adair was a gymnastics coach for juvenile females and was capturing inappropriate pictures during practices and competitions.

Tennessee Man Charged with Raping 5-Month-Old Infant

A Middle Tennessee grand jury has indicted a 23-year-old man on multiple child sex crimes, including rape and sexual battery.

The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office said it had also rescued a 5-month-old child believed to have been sexually assaulted by the suspect, identified as Eli Jarrad McCord.

The sheriff’s office said it launched an investigation when it received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about his possible possession of material depicting child sexual abuse.

NYC Man Sentenced to Prison for Sex Trafficking 16-Year-Old Girls

A Brooklyn man was sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to sex trafficking of a child for forcing two 16-year-old girls to engage in prostitution.

Steven Bell, 36, of Flatbush, Brooklyn, will not only spend a decade in prison, but was also sentenced to five years’ post-release supervision, Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez announced. Bell will have to register as a sex offender.

8 arrested in Tennessee human trafficking sting allegedly sought sex acts from minors

A two-day undercover human trafficking sting in Tennessee led to the arrests of eight men who allegedly sought to illicit sex from minors, investigators said Monday.

The operation began Thursday as an effort to address human trafficking in East Tennessee, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) said.

Winnipeg man charged with sexual assault, child abuse imagery crimes against 2 children at home daycare

Winnipeg police have arrested a man in connection with sexual assault and child sexual abuse imagery crimes. In September 2021, police started investigating allegations of child sexual abuse at a home between July and August 2021. Police said a child was assaulted by a man at the man’s house on Aberdeen Avenue, which is also an unlicensed home daycare that the child attended. City man pleads guilty to sex crimes with child

A Dunkirk man has pleaded guilty to first-degree sexual conduct against a child.

Aaron Gajewski, 39, will be sentenced by Judge David W. Foley at a later date to 10 years in state prison and 20 years of post-release supervision, according to a release from Chautauqua County District Attorney Jason Schmidt. The conviction is a result of a “lengthy law enforcement investigation” by the Dunkirk Police Department with Schmidt thanking the department for its assistance on the case.
