A 13 year old girl was repeatedly raped for five hours by Gerald Bennett, 30, of Philadelphia. He also strangled her mother and showed her the corpse. The girl managed to escape after telling him she felt sick and needed some air. The girl was able to identify the man because his girlfriend also rented a room in the house. He has been charged with murder, rape, possessing an instrument of crime and related offenses.
Eric R. Kelly, 32, a Bellmore attorney who has been practicing consumer protection law for about five years, virtually ended his short career last week when an upstate jury convicted him of engaging in oral sex with a 15 year old babysitter. He will automatically lose his license after he is sentenced for third degree sodomy on October 29th. At Belmont Lake State Park, a 5 year old boy told his parents he had just been approached by a stranger who offered a surprise if he accompanied the man to his car. About 18 officers searched for an hour but found no suspect.

Ferosa Bluff, 27, and Andrew Fedorowicz, 46, received the maximum sentence for torturing, sexually abusing and
killing Bluff’s 3 year old daughter. They received between 5 years and life for murder and 1 to 15 years for felony
sexual abuse. Although both will be eligible for parole in 7 years, it is likely that both killers will spend the rest of their lives behind bars. Bluff moved to Utah from Mountainview, Alta., and Fedorowicz is originally from Ontario.

A Stuyvesant New York High School assistant principal pleaded guilty to sexually abusing severalfemale students. Richard Plass, 55 admitted to showing pornographic videos and having intimatephysical contact with a 15-year-old student. He faced one year in jail but instead only got 3 yearsprobation and was forced to retire with his full pension. He was also forced to give up histeachers license for three years and stay away from public and private schools for three years.Unbelievable… three years probation and he will have his license back in three years.Justice?
