James Edward Henkle, II, 46, has been arrested and charged with various offenses relating toengaging in sexual activities with a minor child. He chatted online with a 13-year-old girl whoclaimed to be a virgin and attracted to older men with not-so-innocent interests. Turns out thegirl really is a 22-year-old woman who works for the investigative news section of Fox Television.Her job has been to pose as a 13-year-old girl in Internet chat rooms to see which adult men takethe bait. Henle was arrested at a Dallas/Fort Worth Airport restaurant where he met the woman, wholooks 13, and talked about a hotel room had had reserved for them during her stay in Texas. He hasbeen accused of criminal solicitation of aggravated sexual assault of a child and remained jailedwith bail set at $50,000. He had been sending pornography and child pornography on the Internetalso. He spoke to her about 20 minutes and during the conversation he identified himself as the oneshe'd been talking to online.
