Accused Catholic Supply Store killed Thomas Bruce appeared in court through video chat on Monday on separate charges out of Jefferson County.

Winston-Salem police said a woman reported being raped to authorities Nov. 3, 1993.
On the night in question, the woman told police that a man armed with a knife approached her as she walked in the 1000 block of Cayuga Street.
The man reportedly forced her to another area before he sexually assaulted her, investigators said.
The case was referred to the Criminal Investigations Division of the Winston-Salem Police Department for further investigation was marked “inactive” Jan. 11, 1994.

A pre-trial hearing and trial date were set this morning for a Hamilton man charged with nine counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, nine counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and one count of rape.
Johnanthony Boyd, 20, of the 1200 block of Vine Street, will have his hearing on Nov. 12 and his trial, expected to last three days, was set for Dec. 11, according to Butler County Common Pleas Court Judge Charles Pater.

BURBANK, IL — A 22-year-old man recently paroled from the Illinois Department of Corrections has been charged in the sexual assault of a St. Laurence High School student.
