The Milpitas Police Department is currently seeking TremaineBrown onwarrants charging him with Kidnapping, Human Trafficking , Pimping and Pandering. DetectiveBryan Hinkley reports that on 10/13/07 at 11pm, Milpitas police officers responded to a disturbanceat the 200 block of West Calaveras Blvd. When the police officers contacted the female victim shereported that she was brought from the Seattle area of Washington against her will by Brown toprostitute

Charles Peter Billone

Wanted on Canada-wide warrant for sexual assault.

Charles Billone sexually assaulted his 9 year old stepdaughter for approximately 3 years,stopping only after his daughter spoke to police. He is also believed to have committedfurther sexual assaults against his step daughter’s friend. Billone was arrested onthis matter but was released prior to attending court. Billone never returned toattend court and is currently wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant for Sexual Assault, SexualInterference and Fail to Attend Court.
