KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) – The Catholic Diocese of Dodge City on Wednesday released a list of 12 clerics or seminarians with substantiated allegations of abuse against minors.

The diocese said five of the priests were assigned to the Dodge City diocese, while five others worked at some point in the diocese but allegations against them were made in other dioceses. Two others were seminarians.

An NBC Charlotte Defenders investigation is looking ways you can diagnose bad doctors. It comes after NBC Charlotte learned a doctor convicted of serious sex crimes in Missouri has ties to the Charlotte area.

The NYPD has busted an alleged serial subway creep who masturbated in front of transit workers — a week after Mayor Bill de Blasio echoed an NYPD call to ban rail recidivists.

Cops nabbed 31-year-old Derel Rice — who has a long rap sheet of subway sex crimes — for trapping an MTA worker inside station booths and masturbating in front of their window, police said.

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Police say the teacher’s aide assaulted a nine-year-old girl at a special needs school in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn.

Kevin Lemon quietly maintained his innocence as he was led in handcuffs by police.

“This is really disturbing to hear, it’s happening right there,” grandmother Nirmala Maloney said.

Sources say Lemon allegedly engaged in sex acts with the girl in the basement of P.S. 59 multiple times in June.

The victim was not a special needs student.

A Bronx man who was busted with a secret sex studio in his apartment was reported to cops more than a decade ago — but he was never arrested, according to prosecutors.

Michael Barreto, 31, stood in Manhattan federal court Wednesday afternoon facing charges on multiple sex crimes involving a runaway teen.

Prosecutor Kedar Bhatia said Barreto’s “pattern of conduct” of sexually abusing minors started years ago when an alleged victim’s parents reported a lewd encounter to police in 2008.
