Dustin Shrauger, a 21 year old convicted sex offender from the Binghamton area, was foundstaying with friends in their dorm room at a western New York community college.  Tioga CountySheriff’s Office issued an arrest warrant Wednesday morning for Shrauger after he broke hisconditions of parole by leaving the county.  He is required to wear a GPS device to trackhim.  Shrauger was convicted in 2011 of raping a 6 year old child and is registered as a Level2 sex offender in New York State.  He is back in jail in

Brian Farmer, a 58 year old New Jersey man, is accused of strangling his cousin and her10-year-old foster daughter after he was caught taking pornographic photographs of the younggirl.  Farmer is charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of 62-year-oldJoan Colbert and her foster daughter Veronica Roach.  The two were found dead in their firstfloor apartment in Long Branch on August 1.
